§ 6. Delivery and personal collection

1. We deliver Orders to the countries that can be selected on the Checkout: Poland, most European Union countries, and Iceland, Norway, Switzerland and Monaco.

2. Parcels are delivered by the courier company DHL. You can see the current delivery cost to your country on the Checkout once you have entered your address.

3. We usually dispatch Orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. The total delivery time within Poland is usually 2–5 business days from receipt of payment, and up to 10 business days abroad.

4. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, Iceland), the carrier or the customs office may charge customs duty, import tax or a customs clearance fee. These charges are not included in the price and are paid by the Customer.

5. You can collect your Order in person free of charge in Warsaw, at ul. Adama Branickiego 12 lok. 76. Choose “Pick up” on the Checkout. When your Order is ready, we will send you an e-mail with the date and hours when you can collect it.

6. When you receive a parcel, check that it is not damaged. If it is, ask the courier to draw up a damage report. This will make it easier to deal with your complaint, but it is not a condition for accepting it.
